Jiří Hlaváč is a specialist in valuation, transaction structuring, independent business review, transformation projects, strategic advisory and restructuring. He is a member of the Department of Finance and Business Valuation at the University of Economics, a member of the Advisory Board of the Minister of Justice for the Economy, an active lecturer in prestigious educational agencies and the author or co-author of a number of professional publications and articles. He is the recipient of the 2012 Taxpayer & Tax Firm of the Year Award in the Dream Tax Firm of the Year category.
