This prestigious competition has been recognizing the most outstanding individuals and achievements in the real estate development industry for 23 years. The award ceremony took place on 30 November at the Marriott Hotel. Petr Karpeles received the award on behalf of TPA.

The CIJ Awards are now in their 23nd year and is the longest-running commercial real estate competition in the Czech Republic. The competition recognises the most significant personalities, activities and contributions related to the development, financial transactions, management, service, environmental and social responsibility sectors. Winners of each category can look forward to advancing to the Best of the Best HOF Awards in 2024, where only the winning elite from seven other Central and Southeast European countries will be presented.
